The short version
This website doesn't use cookies, doesn't run analytics or ad trackers, and doesn't sell or share your information with anyone. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — and we use it solely to respond to you.
What we collect, and how
The forms on this site (Contact, Sell Your Boat, and buyer search) send what you type directly to info@ctyachtsales.com by email, using Resend, an email delivery service, to send it. We don't save form submissions in a database — the only record is the resulting email itself, kept the way any business keeps its email.
You'll also receive an automatic confirmation email from us when you submit a form, so you know it went through.
When you email us, we keep that correspondence the way any business keeps its email — to answer your questions and manage any transaction you engage us for.
What we don't do
- No cookies are set by this website.
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts run on this website.
- We never sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing.
- Our fonts and page assets are served from this website directly, and we don't load any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
Service providers
Two companies process data on our behalf, strictly to run this website and deliver form emails:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site — see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Resend delivers the emails generated when you submit a form on this site — see Resend's privacy policy.
Questions or removal requests
If you'd like a copy of any correspondence we hold from you, or want it deleted, email info@ctyachtsales.com and we'll take care of it.
