The short version

This website doesn't use cookies, doesn't run analytics or ad trackers, and doesn't sell or share your information with anyone. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — and we use it solely to respond to you.

What we collect, and how

The forms on this site (Contact, Sell Your Boat, and buyer search) work by opening an email in your own email app, pre-filled with what you typed. Nothing you enter in a form is stored on this website or any server of ours — your message only reaches us if you choose to hit send, at which point it arrives as an ordinary email to info@ctyachtsales.com.

When you email us, we keep that correspondence the way any business keeps its email — to answer your questions and manage any transaction you engage us for.

What we don't do

No cookies are set by this website.
No analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts run on this website.
We never sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing.
Fonts and all other assets are served from this website directly — visiting it sends no requests to third-party services.

Hosting

This website is served by Cloudflare, which may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Questions or removal requests

If you'd like a copy of any correspondence we hold from you, or want it deleted, email info@ctyachtsales.com and we'll take care of it.
